Our high standards ensure that you receive the quality products you need for highly sensitive NGS applications. Enplas’s life science division is ISO 13485-certified and operates a robust QA program catering to the medical industry. We use industry-standard process validation including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, FMEA, and scientific molding processes. We conduct all medical injection molding and assembly in our Class 7 cleanroom. In addition, we use state-of-the-art machinery for quality inspections. The integration and automation of the reagent lyophilization and/or reagent onboarding process into the injection molding and plastics assembly line is available upon request.
