  • Particle inspections (>30um) on all channels of every chip, removing any particles that are too small for human eyes to catch.
  • Channel depth inspection (within +/-1um max.) for all film-bonded chips for consistent and precision channel depth.

Cleanroom Production

Injection molding, assembly, and microfluidic component inspections are conducted in ISO class 6 to 8 cleanroom environments, depending on customer needs, to eliminate risks of contamination.
