Downsize your system and increase sterilization performance while minimizing water pressure loss during sterilization. Effective water sterilization requires prolonged exposure to strong UV light to irradiate and kill microorganisms, such as viruses or bacteria. Enplas uses cutting edge UVC-LEDs to optimize the water sterilization module and its associated channel design to achieve uniform and efficient UV irradiation. This results in a compact, yet highly effective sterilization system that does not require large pumps to offset water pressure loss during the sterilization process.
Enplas custom-develops modules that utilize ultraviolet (UV) LEDs to sterilize water in various capacities, including complete water sterilization modules, UV irradiation modules, and optical devices to regulate UV light. Optical Sterilization Systems
Enplas custom-designs water sterilization modules of varying sizes and intensities to suit applications that require a lighter or more intense degree of sterilization. We also provide custom development of water sterilization modules and can modify our existing products for your specific applications. Our sterilization modules utilize optical units for diffusing light, condensing light, and controlling and distributing light in rectangular forms. Thus, we also provide UV light-controlling optical devices for surface sterilization devices. We can include customized sterilization functions, abnormality detection systems, or any other required parameters. Enplas’s optical components and sterilization technologies can be applied to air purifiers, water circulating hand-washing devices, and sterilization units for water purification, HVAC systems, and surface hygiene.
Design and Co-Development Services
Enplas supports your sterilization device development with custom sterilization–device prototype design, feasibility investigations, sterilization testing, troubleshooting, optical design, and other capacities. Our in-house manufacturing and development team adapts designs to customize UV light–controlling functions to suit your applications. We provide unique tool designs and in-house tool building for optical device molds. Enplas engineers work to realize eco-friendly products by switching UV lamps to UV-LED to eliminate the use of mercury.
